Engineering and Manufacturing Rolles Machinery was originally incorporated to give mills an alternative supplier, whose pricing structure would allow us to offer quality equipment, at competitive prices. We have accomplished this with cost effective design, low rates of engineering and manufacturing, together with minimal fixed overheads, all supported by solid technical expertise.
	We have the people and the facilities to do the conceptual and design engineering, the production engineering and the manufacturing for rebuilding or new sections of paper and non-wovens machinery.

Technical Audits We have the grade diversity, paper-making experience and the machinery expertise, combined with the full range capabilities for technical audits of specific machine sections to complete machines. These audits can be used to resolve immediate production and quality issues, as well as long range low cost solutions to problems, and have been used in capital expenditure planning. Rolles Machinery have also conducted third-party engineering audits of other equipment suppliers with periodic expediting in Vendor’s facilities to ensure that schedules are maintained, design specifications and quality are to the customer’s requirements.
Benefits Rolles Machinery have negotiated O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturers) discounts for major components such as rubber covers, bearings, pumps, drives, etc., which allow us to pass on some of these savings to our customers.

Manufacturing Rolles Machinery has long-term agreements with Pouliot Manufacturing and Fabrinox Manufacturing, whereby RMI will supply the process technology, the design engineering and assembly for all of the paper and non-wovens projects.
We have completed numerous projects with both of these companies, on rebuilds and new equipment supply, using their cost effective, quality controlled, CNC manufacturing capabilities. Both of these companies have extensive experience in machinery manufacture each going back more than 20 years. If necessary, we bring in associate individuals or companies in order to increase our combined capabilities, which permits us to increase our scope and supply, in quality cost effective paper and non-wovens machinery from the Headbox to the winder.
Secondhand equipment Rolles Machinery have long established contacts in North America, Europe and Asia for secondhand equipment searches, so that we are able to offer to broker and arrange secondhand equipment for clients, including dismantling, containerizing, shipping and re-assembly.
